What's in it
On top of every tracked closure in the metro, each location carries the layers below where the public record exists.
- Property owner of record
- The owner's name and mailing address from the county assessor — who to contact about the space, not just where it is.
- Closing tenant entity
- The closing business's legal entity and its license status (active, cancelled) from city business-license records.
- New tenant already licensed?
- Whether a new business is already licensed at the address — so you skip the spaces that are effectively taken.
- Permits since the announcement
- Building permits filed at the address after the closure was announced — early signal of what's happening to the space.
- Trade-area demographics
- Census demographics for the surrounding area, for siting, lending, and civic decisions.
Public records only
Every field is a public record reproduced as published by the issuing agency — the county assessor, city business-license and permit offices, and the U.S. Census. No data-vendor content and no mapping-provider content. That means you can share the report freely inside your organization — no per-seat licensing, no redistribution restrictions.
